Many of our customers tell us that we have one of the best book and nature stores that they have ever visited. We focus on offering clothing, books, kids' items and other merchandise that promote the beauty and importance of our refuges and the entire National Wildlife Refuge System.
The pandemic with all the disruptions hit non-profits such as the Friends group especially hard. Our income from events and sales has been drastically reduced - but our expenses continue.

Friends of the Savannah Coastal Wildlife Refuges is a local 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and promoting the seven National Wildlife Refuges in coastal Georgia and South Carolina (Pickney Island, Savannah, Tybee, Wassaw, Harris Neck, Blackbeard Island and Wolf Island NWR's).
